Article 1 — Identification

Article 2 — Scope
These Terms govern all contractual relationships between Musarthis Boutique and any customer making a purchase on boutique.musarthis.com.
The Boutique offers physical and digital products from the Musarthis universe, including publications, editorial objects, artworks, photographs, clothing, accessories, shoes, slippers, home sprays, ambient fragrances, herbal teas, oils, sports care products, botanical creations, home products and other occasional creations.
Any purchase implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3 — Delivery and Customs
The Boutique ships to: Switzerland, European Union, Africa, Asia, Canada, Latin America and Australia.
Physical products are currently not shipped to the United States due to restrictions and constraints currently applicable to imports into U.S. territory.
Delivery times and fees vary depending on destination and are indicated before order validation.
Musarthis Boutique shall not be held liable for delays caused by postal services, carriers or customs services.
For shipments outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or any related charges are borne exclusively by the Customer.
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In case of address errors, refused parcels, unclaimed parcels or returned parcels for reasons attributable to the Customer, Musarthis Boutique shall not be held liable. Any reshipping or processing costs shall be fully borne by the Customer.
For digital products, delivery is made electronically within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation. No refund, cancellation, exchange or withdrawal shall be accepted for digital products once the order has been validated or access has been granted.

Article 6 — No Right of Withdrawal
By validating an order, the Customer expressly acknowledges that products offered, due to their editorial, artisanal, limited-edition, small-batch or digital nature, are not subject to any right of withdrawal.
No return, exchange or refund shall be accepted after order validation, except in the cases strictly provided for in Article 7.

Article 7 — Claims for Editorial Products
Magazines, books and other physical editorial products may only be exchanged in case of obvious damage upon delivery.
To be admissible, any claim must:
- be reported within 4 calendar days after receipt;
- be sent to contact@boutique.musarthis.com;
- include clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and product;
- include a full uninterrupted video of the parcel opening.
No refund shall be made.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property and Personal Use
All content on Musarthis Boutique is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any screenshot, sharing, republication, extraction, reproduction, resale or commercial use, even partial, without prior written authorization from Musarthis, is strictly prohibited.
The purchase of books, magazines, artworks, photographs, digital content or products grants a strictly personal, private and non-transferable right of use only.
Resale of any product purchased from Musarthis Boutique is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 10 — Wellness and Botanical Products
Herbal teas, oils, sports care products, home sprays, botanical creations and wellness products are provided within an artisanal, sensory and wellness approach.
Information and usage advice are provided for information purposes only.
Products do not replace medicines or medical prescriptions.
Customers are responsible for checking ingredients, allergies, sensitivities, contraindications or incompatibilities related to their health condition, pregnancy, age or any specific situation.
In case of doubt, customers are invited to seek advice from their doctor, therapist or healthcare professional before use.

Article 11 — Website Availability
Musarthis Boutique makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of boutique.musarthis.com.
However, Musarthis Boutique shall not be held liable for interruptions, technical malfunctions, maintenance, network incidents or any impossibility of access beyond its control.

Article 12 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution.
Failing such agreement, jurisdiction lies exclusively in the Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
